For minor concerns, our technicians and engineers will offer personalized remote support. They will assist you in resolving issues through detailed text instructions or tutorial videos. If any components require replacement during the warranty period, we will supply them at no cost. For more significant issues, our after-sales team will arrange on-site service. In countries or regions where we have overseas offices or agents, they will reach out to you directly. Additionally, remote training sessions are available.
We are open to other trade terms without any issue. The ocean freight charges are set by the freight forwarder. You have the option to either use our freight forwarder for delivery arrangements or select one of your own.
